Crash-Land, LLC is a web publisher working to create a network of loosely related sites. The company was formed in early March of 2010 primarily as a family business. The principles are Paula Stoltz and Matthew Stoltz. Greg Stoltz holds a small minority position in the company, he is primarily focused on teaching and writing.

The company is hosted with Server Beach and proudly runs on top of a purely open source web stack, including Apache,MySQL and PHP. Drupal, an open source content management system written in PHP was used as a starting point for many of the company's sites. Server Beach has been a great dedicated hosting provider. Their prices are quite good and their service is excellent.

Statement of principles

Unfortunately, affiliate marketing has grown to be synonymous with SPAM and scams. Crash-Land, LLC is a firm believer in affiliate marketing as a compelling business model for web publishers and a low, risk cost effective advertising strategy. The company is committed to only working with top-tier companies. There will be no "free" trials for acai berry based supplements or teeth whitening products promoted on any of the company's web sites. These types of offers, primarily promoted by unwanted email, a.k.a. SPAM, provide dubious value to the consumer and are frowned upon by both the FTC and the major credit card companies.
